Surface Water
Customers with Board approval to pump irrigation water from channels/lagoons supplemented by Board replenishment activities within the Water Area shall comply with conditions of application agreement and the schedule of terms applicable to the permit application.
Surface Irrigation Water becomes available when turbidity levels reach an unacceptable standard preventing recharge pit activities, or as result of operational recharge pit maintenance shutdown.
Surface Water irrigation customers require Board approval to cnonect to its surface water system, flow meters shall be fitted to the Boards specification at cost to the user.
Every endeavour to maintain adequate surface water levels to supply authorised customers in accord with agreement conditions. This supply committment depends entirely on customers placing accruate water orders for access to available water from the gravity distribution supply system on a roster basis.
